Introduction to 3. Project
The mine hoist is the "throat" main road connecting the well and the well, and it is the key equipment to transport the mine materials, equipment and personnel. Before the project was established, there were many transmission links between the drum and the motor of the traditional hoist, and there were problems such as low operating efficiency, difficult to start at low speed under heavy load, and poor stability of low speed operation, which seriously restricted the production capacity and efficiency of large mines. Funded by the National International Cooperation Project, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the Shanxi Provincial Outstanding Talent Support Program, the project has carried out key technologies such as permanent magnet coupling drive, anti-impact buffer braking, and safe operation guarantee for permanent magnet motor interior hoists. Research has broken through a series of technical problems. The main technological innovations are as follows:
1. developed the permanent magnet drive control technology and complete sets of equipment of the permanent magnet motor built-in hoist, overcome the drive control problems such as magnetic pole position detection, heavy load zero speed hover, permanent magnet synchronous speed regulation, improve the stability of the hoist under heavy load low frequency start and low speed operation, and realize the smooth operation of the permanent magnet motor built-in hoist.
2. developed the anti-impact buffer braking technology of permanent magnet motor built-in hoist, which solves the problems of large impact vibration and long braking response time under emergency braking, over-rolling and over-releasing braking, avoids "false braking" and "refusal to brake" under high-speed operation, and ensures the smooth braking of permanent magnet motor built-in hoist.
The 3. developed the safety guarantee technology of the permanent magnet motor built-in hoist, which solved the problems of strong vibration of the hoist wire rope, large sheave deflection displacement and bearing faults, realized the intelligent monitoring and evaluation of the health status of the lifting system, and provided guarantee for the safe operation of the permanent magnet motor built-in hoist.
The research results have authorized 30 foreign invention patents in the United States, Russia, Canada, Australia and other countries, 23 invention patents in China, and presided over the formulation of 2 machinery industry standards.
